If you or your children need a bike but are put off by the price of new bicycles, then we would love to help you. We are a small team of volunteers, so can only refurbish a small number of bikes each month, but what we have is listed here.
Bikes for children and BMX bikes
To help you get the right size of bike for your child we have listed the lowest and and highest height of the saddle from the ground (eg. 40-60cm). You need to pick a bike where their inside leg measurement is within that range. Not sure what their inside leg measurement is? Here’s a great video showing you how to measure your inside leg. If your child is older and/or taller they may need a mountain bike or hybrid, which are listed further down the page.
