Help with your bike
If you have only had the bike for a few weeks and are having mechanical troubles, then please let us know and we’ll do our best to put it right for you. Please email us with as much detail as you can, and do tell us the bike number so we can locate its details.
If you have had the bike for a while then you’re going to need to sort out servicing and repairs for yourself. But the good news is that you have some really good options here in Worcester:
